INTRODUCTION
Redesign to enhance usability, intuition, visualization, and productivity
Software Architecture Model is a service for technical consultants in the SIG to spot system architecture problems in clients' systems to provide system migration advice for the clients.
The company wants to introduce the architecture model into their service. This big data system provides system architecture health checks for customers. However, their model is a draft system that builds for a customer's requirement that doesn't support universal needs. The system is too complicated that only engineers who build it understand how to use it properly.
As a result, the design assignment is to redesign the Architecture model base on user experience. The assignment includes user research, experience design, user interface design, product evaluation.

PROJECT GOALS
DESIGN
Turning an overwhelming model into a navigation guardian
Experience identified architecture bottlenecks with the minimum time and effort. Model migrate into the main product of SIG at the end of 2020.

FINAL DESIGN
The design has been integrated and coded into the actual architecture model. The manager and I collaborated to rebuild the system by modifying the code.
Due to the consent form that I signed, sharing the final result of the working system is not possible. However, if you are interested in this project, I will love to share more with you during our conversation.

EVALUATION
I conduct 6 evaluation workshops with consultants, product users. The evaluations include user conducting 2 usability tasks, user interviews, AttrakDiff survey. The results are positive and constructive.
Consultants enjoy the redesign and new features. Besides the design evaluation, I also present the final design to the whole company and received positive compliments and applause.
