An App that creates a better meeting room booking experience
INTRODUCTION
Simplifies the way of “ having a meeting ” to decrease administrative workload and increase engineer work efficiency
In the enterprise, meeting rooms are always in short supply; finding a suitable room can be stressful. By redesigning the process, we can reduce employee effort and time on booking a meeting room.

The goal of the research phase was to gather insights about the current meeting room booking situation as well as understand the perspective of the target group - Assistant, Engineer, maintenance Department.
PAIN POINTS

No room for short notice meeting

Unfamiliar with the room location

Requires Dept assistant to book a room for them

Needs to send meeting notice first, then update room number

Has to guess who has empty rooms that can be borrowed

Unable to manage using status

Needs to continuously sit on the seat because the Meeting website can be queried only by computer

Difficult to monitor actual usage

No space to build new conference rooms

Distributes meeting room to secretaries each half-year is toilsome
