USER PERSONAS

After user research, we generate user personas. User personas and scenarios revealed that the product should be equipped with more comprehensive functionalities for different use cases.

MARKET RESEARCH & VISION
Embrace necessary advanced technology with a low price increase to help the product become more competitive

Current Philips Airfryer is position as a high-end technology product but with limited smart features. The high product price has a significant disadvantage in price-cutting competition in the air fryer market. Furthermore, the unfriendly interface and insufficient information negate a huge customer base.

By STP analysis (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning), we paint a new vision for the future Philips Airfryer.

FINAL DESIGN

The final design includes redesigning the user interface and workflow based on research. Next, introduces an automated weighing system that together with an extensive library of recipes to enhance usability as well as increase market segmentation.
